Movies, TV Shows & Gaming

A Funko movie is officially being developed at Warner Bros. Deadline is reporting that a Funko animated movie is currently in development from Warner Animation Group after the Warner Bros. The thing with Lego movie, is that the Lego brand can be its own thing. Some characters already confirmed for the Funko movie: Darth Vader, Deadpool, Hellboy, Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, Care Bears, My Little Pony.

Rooster Teeth is the legendary producer behind the most beloved series, podcasts, and personalities on the internet: the timeless comedy Red vs. Blue, international anime hit RWBY, star-studded sci-fi gen:LOCK, chart-topping Rooster Teeth podcast, and addictive gaming videos from Achievement Hunter.

Founded in 2009, DC Entertainment works in concert with many key Warner Bros. Lloyd Taylor (The Wild) is set to write the script for the Funko movie, with Teddy Newton, the Oscar-nominated filmmaker behind the Pixar short Day & Night, crafting the story and Mark Dindal (The Emperor's New Groove, Chicken Little) directing.

Included in the celebration will be several key showrunners, filmmakers, and stars of the franchise, including Grey Griffin (DC Super Hero Grils, The Loud House) and Kate Micucci (Garfunkel & Oates, Unikitty!), the voices of Daphne and Velma, respectively-and a glimpse of the upcoming Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!: The Complete Series Limited Edition 50th Anniversary Mystery Mansion box set from WBHE (available in stores on September 3).

From Academy Award and Golden Globe-winning executive producer Robert Zemeckis and A+E Studios, HISTORY's hit UFO drama series Project Blue Book returns to Comic-Con as fans gear up for season 2. Project Blue Book is based on the true, top-secret investigations into Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and related phenomena conducted by the United States Air Force in the 1950s and 1960s.

The team at Warner Animation Group have a unique vision of what the first film should be and we are extremely excited to take this journey alongside them,” said Funko CEO Brian Mariotti. Warner Bros, however, is now set to bring Scooby Doo back to the big screen, but this time in a new fully animated adventure.

DreamWorks Animation's "Madagascar" series Funko Movie kept the studio afloat with a string of breezy successes, including 2012's third installment. His movies spark discussion on a philosophical level that make even the most dedicated fans initially question his motives.
